Her H.O.P.E. Reset™ is a peer support platform for women veterans operated by Her HOPE Reset LLC. We are currently in a limited pilot phase. Contact us at [email protected].
2. Pilot Phase — What This Means for Your Data
During the pilot phase:
- All core features are provided at no cost. No paid tiers are active.
- My Well Baseline™ assessment results and H.O.P.E. pillar scores are stored only in your browser's
sessionStorage. They are never transmitted to our servers and are deleted automatically when you close your browser tab. - Healthcare pilot partners receive only aggregate, de-identified reports. No individual user data is shared with partners.
- Platform features, data practices, and this Policy may change as the pilot evolves. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Name and email when you join our interest list, submit a contact form, or request pilot access
- Branch of service, years served, and state (optional, for personalization)
- Messages sent through our contact or pilot request forms
- For healthcare partners: organization name, role, and contact information
We also collect limited technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. We do not use third-party analytics tracking during the pilot phase.
Assessment data: My Well Baseline™ responses and pillar scores are processed entirely in your browser and stored only in sessionStorage. This data is never transmitted to our servers, is not linked to your identity, and is deleted when you close your tab.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries, contact forms, and pilot access requests
- Send platform updates and community communications (with your consent)
- Operate and improve the platform during the pilot
- Produce aggregate, de-identified reports for healthcare pilot partners
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited sharing occurs in these circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted vendors (e.g., email service) under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Healthcare pilot partners: Only aggregate, de-identified data. No individual data without explicit written consent.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect user safety.
- Peer Specialists: If matched, your name and contact may be shared with your Peer Specialist to facilitate the support relationship, subject to their confidentiality obligations.
6. Peer Specialist Confidentiality
Conversations with your Peer Specialist are private and are not shared with the VA, your employer, healthcare partners, or any third party — except where mandatory reporting is required by law. Peer Specialists must report disclosures of imminent harm to yourself or others. Your Peer Specialist will explain mandatory reporting obligations in your first session.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Assessment data is never transmitted to our servers. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices

- Request deletion of your data
- Unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time
- Withdraw consent for any consent-based processing

10. Children's Privacy

We may update this Policy as the platform evolves. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
