By accessing or using Her HOPE Reset ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and users of the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Her HOPE Reset is a transformational platform for women veterans offering community support, resources, educational content, and personalized guidance through the H.O.P.E. (Housing, Opportunity, Purpose, Empowerment) Method. We offer free and paid membership tiers with varying levels of access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Our services are designed primarily for women veterans, though we welcome all who support our mission.

4. Membership and Payments

Paid memberships (Reset and Rise tiers) are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting us
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other community members
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Not a Medical or Legal Service

Her HOPE Reset provides peer support, educational resources, and community connection. We are not a licensed medical provider, mental health service, or legal service. Nothing on our Platform constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, or legal counsel. If you are in crisis, please contact the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1) or go to your nearest emergency room.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is owned by Her HOPE Reset LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any content or resources provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her HOPE Reset LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
